HELP- nintendo ds lite nintendogs

unfotunaly u cant get it back i have done it before i brought a new dog same breed and same name and same tricks eventually its like u never got rid of it:)

turn your ds on press the a button then press l,r,a,x,y,b

Nintendogs- your microphone is probably dust-clogged or broken, otherwise, borrow a friends to see if it works there. if not, your dog will never learn his name

My Sims Kingdom- my Advance Wars-Days of Ruin did the same try (very carefully) opening the curved side of the DS card (My Sims) and check for, believe it or not, dust.

It sounds like you either need to repair the microphone or you could buy a headset with microphone and see if that works as it plugs directly into the main board.

It is not the game that is here the problem. It is the DS Lite.
Your microphone is disabled by a defective connector at the front of your DS Lite.

I explain...

On the front left of youre DS Lite, there is a headset connection. Inside this connector (soldered on the mainboard of the DS Lite) there is a contact that shuts down the microphone on the top screen enclosure if this headset connector is used.
For some kind of reason (and I see a lot of them), this internal switch stay closed when a headset was inserted and removed again Result.....the microphone in the enclosure is always off.
I've even seen this problem without ever using a headset and the front connector.
The only way to solve your problem is to replace this headset connector by Nintendo or a DS Lite repair service

You should send it to a retailer

Dogs can't die on Nintendogs.
And for your problem, perhaps you should speak alittle louder and clearer. If that doesn't work it could be a flaw in the game card.

if u r taking abote nintendogs maby your nintendo mit not working my nintendo ds mit is not working so i got a nintendo ds lite - or your dogs dyed?

sounds like a wire has been cut on the ribbon cable . not an easy fix , could be a new top screen and soldering
