Brand new out of the box. Wont run initial rinse cycle. Alarm warning ! stays on. Ideas? Taken components apart and put back together 20 plus times....

Have you Tried going through the menu and turning off the self rinse option?

You can go through the menu and set the machine back to factory setting by pressing the menu button and using the up or down arrows(first 2 coffee buttons) until display reads Factory Settings, then press the menu/Ok button display will read No, use up or down arrow to select Yes then press Ok.
You can also turn off the rinse cycle using the menu.

Hi - our GAGGIA TITANIUM is displaying

Dear, friends first of all please check your machine display. Is it displays full character or something missing character. If it shows "SEL" it can be select product ready for use or you have go in service menu.
First of all switch off machine and clear your waste drawer and fix it .remove Brew unit clean and fix it.
Then..hold down the 3rd button( Lungo) and Hot water, switch ON machine. On display it shows machine software version and the it show some digit.
By pressing simultaneously you can check the brewing motor,grinder motor, Al l senser switch working or not...
