GE Profile Harmony DPGT750EC Electric Dryer STOPS without pattern

My Profile Harmony DPGT750EC STOPs whenever it wants till drying. There is no patern in this. do any one have the service manual? isthere a sevice mode I can enter to check what cause the problem?

    Nope. When it stops there is no error msg. It just stop.
    And the scheme is just the electric scheme no service mode explanation if there any.
    So let the CAT send me the service manual :)

You didn't state whether or not you were getting an error code. On this model if the blower motor exceeds 3000 rpms for one minute the dryer will stop. Usually this is caused by a clogged or pinched vent hose or vent itself. Check this out first. You can find the tech sheet under the consol. I believe it unscrews from the back and lifts up. This will give you detailed info on how to enter the diagnostic mode. If you cannot find the tech sheet, post back and the cat here will walk you through it. Catriver..post back.

you should not have heat when motor stops there is a switch in the motor to shut the element off....yours is not working(you could burn your house)replace the motor.

press both "My Cycles" and "Back" at the same time and hold them until service mode pops up.

Have you access the dryers service mode? If not, access it and see what error code you get. Follow this:

1. Press the POWER key to turn the dryer on.
2. Press HELP. The main help screen is displayed.
3. Press and hold MY CYCLES and BACK simultaneously for 3 seconds. Press EXIT to return to the HOME screen.

How do I tell which board is bad in a GE Profile Electric Dryer? 5VDC is present on CN11 of the inverter board when cable is removed, however, it drops to 3.6V with the cable connecting CN11 to the main board. The membrane switches pass a continuity test, but neither 12VDC nor 20VDC is present on CN14 after pressing a switch or touching the screen. There is no apparent activity. It seems to me that the inverter board could be defective and no longer capable of delivering the required current, or the main board could be defective and is drawing excessive current that loads the 5VDC supply down to a current-limited 3.6V value. Any suggestions on how to identify the specific problem will be appreciated.

GE Profile Harmoney Front Load Electric. There are 6 control buttons on the dashboard. The two on the left side of the display screen, the BACK and HELP buttons are the only ones that are working. The four on the right of the display do nothing when pushed. Since the START/STOP button is one of those four, we can't start a dry cycle to dry our laundry. The touchscreen works fine. Two times I have been able to get it to start just by pushing the button over and over, but now that won't work either.
