Strange noises when playing music on samsung yp-z5

When i play music on my samsung yp-z5 there are strange watery "squelching" noises in the music.the player is only two months old and the problem has only sarted recently.any ideas?thanks

Press and hold the bottom bar of the square ridged around the central button. This is the bar you press to play/pause and start up the player. It should have a power button symbol on it.

The YP-Z5 was playing fine up until the end of one song at which point it froze. It has become unresponsive to all buttons, including reset! Connecting it to the computer doesn't help; there is no response...

wait for battery to exaust... after that it will restart when you will charge it..

I've read about that. Samsung is now out with another new firmware that deletes the damn sound. Go to samsung.com and firmware, you will find it.

How do you reformat samsung YP-Z5 mp3 player?

Go into my computer then right click on the removable storage icon and then on format.

Hope this helps, I have had mine for nearly 2 years and it has only allowed me to play one album for the last 18 months, the worst £130 I have ever spent.

Keeps restting itself

Firstly, try "re-setting" the Z5 (ie micro switch) first. If this doesn't resolve, then firstly save a backup of all your files...then use the 'format' function (ie open My Computer, then open the YP-Z5 folder, then look for the Format function), which will clean out your entire memory, including hidden files. Then download the latest firmware update from Samsung website (download centre/mp3) and save newest firmware onto your Z5. Always update your Z5 with latest firmware (appropriate with your Windows OS). Good luck.
