tally is credit card adding up program (tallying = add)
you meant how to install tally in to w7
the reverse is impossible.
1: download tally.
2: scan it with virustotal.com first.
3: then lick it to install it,
4: now run it.
It is most probably saved in C:/program files /tally /data
this is the default path to tally installation. If you cannot still find here then you should probably search tally named folder in your system.
I have found that Tally 7.1 rel2.1 is compatible with Windows XP, Windows 7 as well as Windows 8. Try installing this version of Tally and I am sure it will work.
