Both right speakers not working

If the speakers are operational when display says "speakers off," then its a factory defect. If your model was manufactured in China, FYI they use prison labor on their assembly lines. If you still have the sales receipt showing it was purchased less than a year ago, then USA consumer protection laws require one year factory warranty against defects. Course, you have to pay for shipping/ handling, and put enough cushion and bubble wrap to protect from shock & vibration as the package goes through US postal system.

if the pc runs windows vista they won't work in less they have a power but if the pc runs windows xp try to install the drivers for the speakers here is the download link http://www.user-guides.co.uk/download/free/freedrivers/free-drivers-installing-dell-a215-speakers.html

take it apart and see whats wrong with it.

Hi there bud ...Are you sure you using the RCA Cables , and not just the Cables that came with SPeakers?
Also make sure THat your T.V can handle 5.1 Channel Sound Speakers..

speakers do unfortutionly go bad better just to buy another speaker just watch the ohms should not be more than 8 ohm speaker. please make sure you can return if you buy incorrect.

just check is there any loose contact frm that speaker connection plug out the cable connect it again and have a check it may work...

or may be any time the speaker may be falled on ground so may be there is problem

Try this, I work in the sound production busines. Your audio CDs are not designed for Quad listening, they are stereo. If you put a game in you will hear all 4 speakers.
