The speaker system, which I purchased with the Dell Computer is less that two years ago. Both of the designated right speakers have quit working recently. I have checked the settings on the computer and it is set on mid balance. In the speaker settings in windows XP I have checked the set up and nothing is muted. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Wish it was that easy dell make each aux connection different

Try to interchange the connections of left channel and the right channel. If there is sound now in the right channel and no sound in the left channel it means that you have problem in the sound card. Otherwise if the problem remains the same you have a defective speaker on your right speaker system but don't forget to take a second look on your speaker wiring.

My right speaker is not working and all the volume settings on my Windows XP are where they should be.
