I have a JVC TH-M505 system. I am using all the factory speakers as well as the factory subwoofer (which runs all of the speakers) I was redoing my floors and I had to put the subwoofer on the fireplace until I finished where the subwoofer was - I put the subwoofer back down on the floor, and now when I turn on the unit, the Subwoofer light comes on for about a second or so and then turns off. I suspect that maybe it is grounding out or something but don't know how to resolve it. I have disconnected, and reconnected the speakers, changed the outlet I had the subwoofer plugged into and nothing changes. ANy help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

That cable not only carries audio but it also powers the sub and other channel amplifers. Even if we could supply the pin-outs for the channels I'm not sure what we could do to provide subwoofer power. We're talking about a major rework.
This is a highly proprietary design, meaning it's really not very adaptable to normal spec audio equipment.
