Toshiba Satellite A215-S7437 PC Notebook

After upgrading os to windows 7 64bit Toshiba Satellite A215-S7437 PC Notebook get stuck when i try to open yahoo mail or some videos

Please install the latest update driver on your laptop, may the video driver is not properly install.

For the latest driver for Windows 7 64 Bit click hear.

For that you need to reset factory defaults settings for bios.
For reset bios u have to open back side of your laptop then u find motherbord circuit there.
pull cmos cell on motherbord for 15 minute then it reset to defaults.
Also u can reset with jumper settigns read carefully on mother bord there is 1 jumper near cmos cell u read there " bios reset or clear"
It is on 1-2 position right now set it in 2-3 position then power up then all bios settings are reset.
then again set it in 1-2 its original position.
Then it not want password.

A disk error is a fatal error on the hard drive, SMART monitoring will show you this in the BIOS, restoring to factory settings will not cure it.
You need to get a new hard disk and reinstall your OS

this sound like there is a short in your soldering, did you solder the port directly onto the motherboard. just go over all the joints and make sure there is no shorts

I need the bios reset password for a toshiba laptop

there is no actual password. you need to remove the ram and short out two pins underneath the black plastic they look ike two E's connected like E3. use a flat blade screwe driver. do this while powered off!

Right click on the Sound Icon, click Playback Devices, and then it should say something like do you want to enable the audio devices, click yes and it should work. If not, try it again.

Toshiba Satellite A215-S7437 Laptop Password Problem?

You should first check if the pasword is set on the hard drive. If so you can simply change the hard drive and it will then boot and ask for the operating system disk. If not, you should try by removing the cmos battery and waiting at least 10 minutes. (this works on older laptops) however, the laptop's power suply cable and battery should be removed prior to performing this procedure.
