I didn't drop the phone nor did it get wet. it's a Samsung E316. I went to make a call and the top of the phone slipped out of place. I snapped it back and the screen went completely blank. I can make calls and receive them but of course can't see the Caller ID or see the numbers I'm punching in. I love this phone and don't want to lose it! Please help!

I turned it off, then took the battery out for 5 minutes then put in back in and turned it back on, this should work, however for me it didn't so i turned it off and on again on doing this it went to the normal loading screen
Turn off the phone. Put a non-accepted Simcard and turn it on. Type
*#9998*3323#. Press Exit. Choose menu #7. After phone reboots type
*0141# and hit the Call button. Turn off and insert another Simcard.
Turn on. The code is 00000000.
buy a new phone and try real hard nt to drop it the a920 tends to pack up when dropped as it happened to my last a920 and even telecom went to repair it but it was going to cost more than the price of a replacement a920
Did you try taking out the battery and letting it dry. Depending on how wet it got, your battery may need to dry out or the phone is damaged. My friend dropped his in the shower, took 2 days for the battery to dry out and it was fine.
