Please Turn your breaker off before attempting replacing your element.
I wrap electric tape around the wires and stick the tape to the oven wall to hold the wires in place. Becareful if they slip in the hole you have to remove the oven from the wall to retreive them.

Simply pull the wires off, and replace onto new element, it does not matter which wire goes on the terminals, as they are common.

Three days before Christmas and electric range goes, it popped the breaker,after resetting, oven beeped continuously while flashing "F1" we followed the owners manual by lowering temp.setting to off after power was turned off, with no luck, owners manual that the electric control detected a fault condition, didn't have a problem till now.......eating cold slice deli turkey for a xmas is not my idea of a xmas feast...........any help would be great thanks Dave

To rtemove the nut, hold the fan blades,and at the same time undo the securing nut clockwise as though you were tightening it, as it is a left hand thread, and vice versa for tighteming it again
