You may have to reflash the Phone or take it to the Samsung service centre with your receipts. They will help you unlocking your phone

well as i said i had a password on my numbers messages music call log it had to be over 4 digits and under 8 so as i said i have tried ever number and then last night i i was pressing buttons stil trying to figure it out and got it lol it was 9372 thanks for your help anyway

The generic password for this phone is 8 zeros - 00000000. That is what the password is set as when you purchase the phone.

Type this code in try *2767*3855# this will reset the software but backup you photos/vids etc before hand, if this doesn`t do anything then the phone is blocked its a paperweight...
