HP15WS My HP15WS Wine refridge is cooling about 10 degrees lower than the set point. I have tried various settings, turned the unit off for 24 hours and back on, still about 10 degrees below the set point, 64 set point is 53.6 degrees actual. The unit is 2 1/2 years old and used to work fine. I clean the cooling fins several times a year. What could be wrong and how do I fix this?

I think you need a new thermostat.

I have this Perlick wine cooler: http://smartitbuy.com/s/?p=43735 for 4 years and haven't had any issues with it so far.

This is Perlick's toll free number 800-558-5592 why don't you call them and check the price of a new thermostat of your refrigerator.
here are more contact details: https://www.perlick.com/contact-us

Sounds to me you have a thermistor issue which is basically a thermostat but it is electronic now...should be inside the bin on the side wall somewhere make sure its in contact and clean may need to be replaced

CWC-1600 cools constantly

More than likely, the thermostat on the unit is going bad. If the coils haven't been cleaned recently, then I suggest that you unplug the unit, clean it well and then cycle it back on. If it continues, then the thermostat that's located within the unit is going bad. Please refer to the owners manual for proper service and maintenance for your unit. https://www.appliancefactoryparts.com/content/pdfs/140265-1.pdf

Why cools the ac only 1 hour full power and never reaches the set-point temperature ?

check that all the doors and windows are closed as ac units do not work well when trying to cool the world
is the ac unit too small for the room size
I suspect that because it is working the problem is outside the ac control
is the inside fan working and blowing out cold air

WK[L] 3000 unit can not change the set temperature. It is stuck on 64 degrees. The unit continues to run and the temperature shows 55.

IVE SEN THIS ISSUE BEFORE

THE FACT THAT YOU CANT CHANGE THE SET COOL POINT ON THE UNIT BELOW 64 IS A SYMPTOM OF A DAMAGED CONTROL BOARD (SENTRY III), NOW THE UNIT CONTINUING TO COOL DOWN BELOW THE SET COOL POINT OF 64 AND GOING ALL THE WAY DOWN TO 55 IS MOST LIKELY THE RELAY.
I HAVE FIXED THIS EXACT SAME ISSUE BY REPLACING THE CONTROL BOARD AND RELAY ON THE UNIT.

Breeze air wkl 3000 blinking temperature al

NEW UNITS HAVE A VISUAL ALARM PRE SET TO KICK ON AT 62 DEGREES OR ABOVE, WHE THE WINE COOLING UNIT READS 62 OR ABOVE IT WILL FLASH "AL" AND THE TEMPERATURE NUMBER THAT FORVED IT TO KICK ON, IT IS JUST A VISUAL ALARM IT WILL NOT TURN UNIT OFF OR STOP IT .

THIS FEATURE WILL SHUT OFF ONCE THE UNIT READS ANY TEMPERATURE BELOW 62 DEGREES.

It just stopt cooling ([email protected])

Hello,

Turn the temperature dial to the lowest temperature setting. Wait 24 hours for the wine cooler to reach the desired temperature. Also, turn the wine cooler off and inspect the fan. If the fan if it's running or not.

Lastly, check the compressor.

These are the areas that could make your wine cooler stop cooling; the temperatue settings (Thermostat), then Fan and the compressor.

Check these three areas and let me have a feed back.

Bye for now.

Wine cooler cools but it does not turn on again . need to unplug and plug again ,but in doing so I erase settings thank you

Possible that the error is in the main program controller unit of the coolerr. It might be hanging up due to some errors in the voltage or the sensors.
make sure the connections are tight , check the thermostat settings, reduce to lower level, allow the unit to cool off , unplug for few hours and check again. if not check your program controller unit.

What is the temperature setting for normal wine cooling?

It's between 55 and 65 degrees fahrenheit. If you're storing a lighter red wine, you'd want to keep it on the lower end (55 degrees). And for the darker (deep) red, you'd want to keep it on the higher end (65 degrees). All white wines should be on the lower end, and below. You can drop down to 50 degrees if you'd like. I hope this helps. Good Luck!
