Every time I print something after the printer is done printing it says that the ink cartridge is stalled and can't print anymore. I have to turn off the printer and turn it back on in order to print anything else. Also sometimes when I'm printing in the middle of printing papers the same messege pops up and when it resumes printing it skips pages.
i am experiencing the same problem after buying new cartridges. i'm trying to avoid servicing it and fixing it on my own but no luck so far.
