I will assume you bought it on Ebay or the Internet somewhere from the text you say is on the screen.
There is a possibility you have lost the information on the phone and will need to reinstall anything you have added to it since you bought it, but possibly not.
First thing to try is what is called a "Soft Reset". If you have not already done so, take your stylus and press it lightly into the small hole in the bottom of your phone until you feel a light click. Your phone will restart. If it boots up normally, then you are done, and everything is roses again, and your information should be in tact. Yea!
If not, then you would next try a Hard Reset. This step erases any information you might have added to the phone since getting it and puts it back to the factory defaults. There are two buttons below the screen that when working normally say "Calendar" on the left, and "Contacts" on the right. You need to hold both of these buttons down then insert your stylus into the reset hole at the bottom of your phone. You should get a screen saying "Press SEND to restore Factory default. press END to quit." Go ahead and press the Green Send key. Wait for the phone to reboot. Hopefully at this point your phone will be at the initial setup screen. If it is, follow the directions on the screen to finish the setup.
I realize this is not your phone, but the button locations are the same, and the screen should be similar.

I hope one of these work for you. If not, don't panic yet. There are still other options... Let me know how it turns out.
