To get the PUK code please call your service provider. They wil ask for your informations to check weather the phone belongs to you,please provide correct information. they wil provide the PU code.

I assume that your Telstra LG TU550 IS UNLOCKED AND NOT NETWORK RESTRICTED. Your SIM card could be locked due to wrongly enteriing your pass key wrong at least 3 times: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO enter the wrong pass key again as after 10 total attempts, the SIM WILL SELF DESTRUCT and will need to be physically replaced at a cost. Solution: Contact your sevice provider for the SIM and get them to give you the Phone Unlock Key (PUK) associated with your SIM (you will need to prove you are the registred owner of that SIM card and Mobile number). Alternatively, if you have registred the SIM online, the PUK code is either already available online or can be requested online. Hope it helps and let me know how you go.

Go to AT&T's website and the option on the orange bar for Support. All phone's manuals are present there.

At&t will provide you with the subsidy unlock code for this phone at their customer service number at 1-800-331-0500

3g2 formatted files are not recognized on the LG Rumor2 because there is no camcorder.  Having no camcorder eliminates the necessity to support the aforementioned format.  It kinda sucks.... HARD... but its one of the things that LG, for whatever reason, decided to leave out.   

You will need to use Optus to access the internet from your mobile (the data rates are way cheaper than Telstra anyway) as there is the internet connections are completely seperate. You'll still be able to check your Bigpond email though. Check the Telstra website for the "SMTP settings" you need.
