Fax not printing or scanning

I have had this fax machine for quite some time now. Recently I had the cartridge re-filled, since the re-fill, It does not print anything. I have tried everything in the manual, self test, cleaning it manually, but it is not printing or scanning. I want to know what else can I do before I buy a NEW cartridge.

    Samsung SF 330 not printing

I have replaced the already new cartridge with new; I can see the print head trace back and forth across the page, leaving nothing on the paper; I have removed the seal and checked the head is not damaged; performed a print head clean and emptied the drip tray. It still prints nothing!

    PLEASE can you help?

How to clear Memory?

If the memory is filled up when a fax is received ... when there's no paper, or it is jammed (so that it can't print) ... you can print the fax (in Memory, after putting in new paper, or fixing the jam) by pressing the START/MEMORY button. After it prints, the memory is cleared.

If the memory is filled up when you're scanning and storing a document into memory (to be fax out), press the START/MEMORY key to transmit the pages that's already in memory. After transmitting the content in memory, the memory will be cleared/emptied. You'll need to scan the remaining pages to transmit (as a separate fax)

My copier/fax machine says it is out of toner. It is NOT. I have tried unplugging it and then plugging it back in, but it still will not print. What can I try next? Thanks so much Shevelia McGuire The...

If a cartridge filled with toner you need to check the status of the flag. The flag is under the side cover the toner cartridge. Partner code flag in the cartridges that came with your printer. In cases when filling bolshtnstve forget to pay attention to the position of the flag, and he is responsible for identifying the printer of a new cartridge.
