Creative muvo mp3 player

Okay ...I plugged in my mp3 player into my computer and it gave me a list of what i could do .i wanted to listen to it and so i clicked on play with media player and that when that opened i thought rip music meant play the music from it and i clicked it and it ripped the space and songs off my mp3 player. When i turn on my mp3 player it says no music! but when i plug my mp3 into the computer it shows all the songs that i had onto it ? How do i fix this?

I might suggest to backup the stuff you already have on the player and then try to copy the music you ripped onto it. if not then i don't know

Muvo won't play

If you have the receipt of the mp3 player, register your product at www.creative.com/register. you will need your model number-it can be found on the mp3 player itself.
but the reason your mp3 player is not playing music is becuase it is out of service life. the only thing it is useful for is storing all of your files and eveything on your computer. it is a flash drive now.
P.S. I know this because the same thing happened to me and I was told what happened.

Muvo v100

My MuVo was having problems until I installed the latest firmware. The last firmware release was in July 2007. If you haven't updated the player's firmware since then, try downloading it and installing Creative MuVo V100 Firmware 1.05.01.

If you can't get your computer to even recognize the player anymore, you could try reinstalling the Creative Mass Storage Driver 1.07.00.250.

MY FROZEN MP3!!!!

My MuVO TX was having problems until I installed the latest firmware. The last firmware release was in March 2007. If you haven't updated the player's firmware since then, try downloading it and installing Creative MuVo TX FM Firmware 1.24.02.

If your computer is having problems even recognizing the player, you could try reinstalling the Creative Mass Storage Driver 1.07.00.250.

If you really want to wipe the MuVO's files and start over:
  1. Plug your player into your computer
  2. Right-click on "My Computer"
  3. Select "Manage"
  4. Click on "Disk Management"
  5. One of the volumes listed should be your MuVO. You can right-click on it from here, and select "Format." (This will not erase the firmware that makes the player work, so don't worry about that. The firmware is stored else.)

Just need to plug the player in your USB port and computer will detect it as a additional drive. You just need to copy paste the music files.
