The earpiece on my Nokia E65 doesn't work. I have replaced it but no changes. The connectors are cleaned. The earpiece's resistance is 29 Ohm so the circuit is not broken. When I put the phone on speaker I can hear it very well so the overall sound system is working. What sould I do next?

Did you accidentally dropped the Nokia E65? Well, on this error, you shoudl bring your unit to a service center to further check the hardware error such as the microphone. However, be sure that whenever you make calls you have the network signal high so that you can have quality voice calls.

You most likely need a new ribbon cable, which is the cable that connects the two halves of the phone. They are not expensive and can be ordered on eBay, and they come with the tools required to disassemble the phone and replace the cable. My 6085 did the same thing and replacing the ribbon cable fixed the problem.

ok first of all you should open your mobile and claen it carefuly.then re pack it care fully.thats it if problem not away then tell agian me i have seen tha pic also but it is for the tecnicians if mobiles.ie mobile repairer

your headset socket may be shorted cleaning it may fix your problem.

Just check whether you have more than 2000 messages in your Inbox+Sent Items+Drafts+Outbox. Have heard that E72 cannot handle more than 2000 messages in the phone. Just try reducing the messages or backup to PC Suite.
