Re loosen the magneto place business card between mag. And flywheel retighten mag mounting screws remove business card shine up flywheel with sand paper with the mag off the motor clean rust off flywheel before remounting mag with business card.
You can check if the power supply is still properly working by verifying if there is still light the power supply usually emits.
Should it not light, it could be that there is something wrong within the motherboard or the cmos.

Most likely your Mag-stripe info is missing from the card project in IDworks. If you imported your projects from preface, its likly the box to include mag-stripe config was not transfer d. enter idworks designer and click VIEW then field connections, there should be some info tied you mag-stripe field 1,2, or 3 of not there is the problem.
Next check printer plug ins in IDworks admin to make sure the mag-stripe plugin is installed. Also i would check Datacard.com Download section make sure you have newest and correct driver for your OS if none of this works, uninstall everything (exporting projects) and reinstall.
Mag-strpe encoders can become defective, the encoder may need to be replaced.
