San Disk Sansa m 230 512 MB

I bought a Sansa m230 about a month ago. After charging some songs I turned on the mp3 and I found that after initializing the monitor said SANSA m230 512 MB, and then it went all over again, initializing and sansa, initializing and sansa. I have to take out battery in order to turn off the mp3, otherwise it keeps on initializing, sansa with a the blue light that turns on and off. What can I do in order to solve this problem ?

Your problem is probably beacause you accidently deleted "AudibleActivation.sys" from your "Audible"-folder. Format the sansa and then use "reset to factory settings" to make the file appear again. It might be a good idea to make a backup on your hard drive, just in case, and make the file hidden.

San Disk 230 (512 MB) MP-3 Player

If you have ripped the songs using windows media player 9 then you may want to rerip then again using windows media player 10 ( provided that you disable Copy Protect Music in The RIP tab ) and windows media player 11. If the songs came from music stores (napster,Rhapsody etc.. ) you can resync them using their software. You may want to reformat your player then retransfer the songs. This is normal if you purchase the songs. It dont mean the player is faulry its just the songs.

I Cant start,I cant connect to my pc

hi friend hi me too had the same problem, but for me it was not working merely more than four months and today(2007 june 12) finally i tried it with my PC. What i did i connected it with my PC with locking the device (using the hold button in the opp side of the menu button it has to show the orange face once u pushed it off)more than one hour with the screen of "San disk Initilizing", after an hour i tried with san disk firmware and many tools nothing to do. Finally what i did "realy its amazing to u all, even u people cant beleive it, but it is true", simply i pressed the menu button twice or thrice and no result then i had beat the device it has been worked fine its showned the screen as USB connected by MSC.
