Device is detecting as UNKNOWN USB DEVICE. how i can check where is the problem? the situation is the same on several different machines
I'm a computer technician... there is a problem witn intelpray ID... I thing the problem may be in the IP processor. Sometning in detection procedure...

If you connect any USB device to a pc, it will be recognised only if there are drivers previously installed for the device. If there is a driver disc with the microscope, install this first or whatever the instructions; if any tell you. Unknown usb device means it has found your device(in this case your microscope), but it doesn't yet know what it is.

I have the same problem with WinXP seeing the Intel QX3 as an unidentified device AFTER the Intel provided XP software (QX3Plus.exe - 93Mb) was installed AND the PC restarted.
