When I fax from documentationi from Panafax UF 770 the fax is never received. I do receive faxes but I can't send them. Help?

I put the fax in and dial the number. While the no is dialing the information on the screen states *store*. Then when the dial tone finishes the information on the screen states *store saved*. Then I can hear beeping. Then it stops dialing and the information on the screen states *wait to dail* and it keeps flashing. This continues on and on and nothing else happens
