We have a Neovo E-19A monitor that turns on and has signal for about a half a second, then it goes black, with the LED indicator remaining green. The display has been used with an Apple computer for a year, and then the problem started to occur about a month ago. A local repair station did not want to repair it because they said they could not get parts. I am running an Extron Video Test Generator (VTG300) set to color bars (1280x1024 @60) and the screen does the same thing. Can anyone save the E-19A from the dumpster?
Call the service dept. in the above post. Tell them the model and serial number of your monitor and order a backlight inverter board(approx. $35 plus shipping). Open up the monitor and plug it in, should fix the problem. This problem could also be caused by one or more backlights(small flourescent tubes) being bad. I just fixed a Neovo F-417 display by replacing one of the backlight assemblys. I also just fixed a Neovo E-17DA monitor by replacing the inverter board.

I successfully repaired my Neovo E-19A lcd moniter yesterday and it still works after a 24-hr burn-in.
At the bottom of the inverterboard are two light-brown SMD fuses with "2.0" printed on them (can't miss 'm!). I found one to be open and simply replaced it with a standard glass fuse that I soldered across the SMD with some short wires. To prevent short-circuits I insulated the fuse and wires with tape.
Many other things can be dead such as the transistors or even the transformers... So, obviously I was lucky! :)

I just called ag neovo and got the same solution, with a rma number to send it back for backlight inverver board, that was the only way the monitor could be repaired. hope this helps.

Talked with the folks at support for AG Neovo. Got an RMA to return the monitor even though it was out of warranty. The monitor needed a new inverter board ($35) plus Labor ($40) and $(20) to ship it back. I paid ($20) to ship it to them. Total cost of repair including shipping was ($115). A 1 year warranty on the part. Since the cheapest that I have seen a new monitor is about $450, I thought it an excellent solution.

I have found the echivalent board parts.i think that the monitor is broking down because it can't releas the temperature from inside because of that metal plate that covers the components. the replace components are 2SK1388 and irf4905.they are echivalent or better than the stu's.can anybody tell were can i find the schematics for it's alimentation board?

I have the same monitor with the same exact problem. The same thing happens no matter if I connect it analog or digital. I know it's not my computer or vidoe card since I tested that with a different monitor.

Exact same thing as above. We have an HP Pavilion a510n computer.
I've bought three of the e-19a's on ebay(all broken). Two of the three of the monitors needed backlight inverter boards, and the other needs both inverter board and LCD replacement. I haven't been able to find suitable replacement backlight boards yet or a method to repair said board.

The display has been used with an an Apple computer for about a year and a half. I have connected this monitor to a laptop and the same behavior occurs so I know that the issue is with the monitor and not the Computer video board. The computer still reacts as if the Monitor is present, and the sound output still works.
Same Issue here. When I cycle the power on the monitor it comes up for a second so I can see that Windows is booting etc but thats all
