Rubber grips on the handle of a Morfam variable speed master massager

Question edited for clarity 'Morgan' to 'Morfam'.
Question moved from Computers to Massagers.

They don't appear to have rubber grips, just metal handles.

If you want some cushioning, you could use self adhesive foam wrap.

Sparking from the rear air vents during use--cause and how to fix

Hi
The most likely cause is the carbon brushes that make contact with the armature are badly worn. There should bea circular port on either side of the housing near the rear. They look as if a coin would be the right shape to unscrew them.when removed you should see a spring and a carbon block on the end. There will be a severe concave gouge at the end. Perhaps almost no block at all. It is simple to replace then bushes, simply slip in the new ones and align the spring to the cover and screw back on.
Take note that the bushes may so badly worn that they will fall apart when removed.
Get new "carbon bushes"for that model drill before disassembly, they are not expensive, look on ebay. If this is not the problem the chances are It is a faulty armature, in which case by a new drill, happy fixing.

How do I remove the starter motor bushing?

The best way I have found is to use a small flat blade screwdriver to break the bronze bushing apart, but becareful of the bellhousing. The bronze bushing will break apart pretty easy. Of course, VW makes a tool to remove it, which is about impossible to find. I have heard of taking a tap and tapping some threads into the bushing and then screwing a bolt into it and trying to pull it out.

Just sits and shudders when you push any button except the up and down button

HI, mine started doing the shuddering. It would roll OK, but shudder when the massage part kicked in. I took it apart. There is a plastic gear on the shaft at the bottom of the massage motor. It has a broken tooth. I called the support number for human touch: (800) 355-2762 and they only sell all the mechanical guts as a package for $125.00. I'm still looking for just the gear but am having no luck.

Blade brake not working 1/2 the time on Hitachi C15FB chop saw

d70d03f.jpg3f82e5b.jpg38ca90b.jpg4367374.jpg063ef2e.jpg1add57c.jpg98eea3c.jpg The first picture is the only one I could find of your saw.
All saws are fitted with carbon bushes that contact the armature of the electric motor.
In time the carbon which conducts the electricity wears down, as they disintegrate there are particles of broken carbon connect with the armature giving an intermittent burst of power, eventually the bushes no longer contact the armature and the saw does not work at all.
The next photos show the approximate position of the cover to access the bushes, there is one one each side of the housing.

They usually unscrew and expose the spring plate the bush is mounted on, gently pull this out.
As you can see the bush is worn in a concave shape, and that the wide side is breaking up.
If this is your problem then take the bush and model number of your saw to a supplier or spare parts shop or the hitachi web site to get replacements.
Hope this helps.
