Question about Dell Dimension 4600 PC Desktop

your computer came with a motherboard disc the drivers could be on it Click start
control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to
display adapters + to expand you might see a yellow question mark ? or
exclamation mark ! or a red x right click select reinstall drivers

click start control panel sounds and audio,volume you can adjust the volume also
advanced,speakers select appropriate speakers or select audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have selected the right speakers also hope this helps

Thank you very much for your help was a bit apprehensive as I spent a good 30 min on the dell site before i posted my SOS. But, I followed the link and installed that driver and it works perfectly! Thank for all your help, all the best
