Question about Canon EOS 1100D Rebel T3 Body Only Digital Camera
The memory card that i used is empty and the folder for for captured photo is also gone..what will i do?
SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.
After unprotecting the card, insert it into the camera and format it.

Your memory card is most likely corrupted. You can try formatting it and if it still cannot create a folder, just go buy a new one of better quality.

SOURCE: lost all photos
Usually when you create a new folder on the camera, the camera only shows photos in the new folder. If you go back to the prior folder, the photos should be there. If not, the recovery software solution posted previously should work.
