You should use windows media player to transfer content to your device. The reason you get the error is because windows will detect the devices file format abilities and is warning you that if you do not convert the files, they will not play on your device. Windows media player will automatically convert your files to the appropriate and device specific formats.

okay, try to format your hard drive, if unable to you will need to replace with identical zif HD, see youtube demo how to replace the hard drive, very easy but must be very careful, format after replacing.

I am trying to print to adobe to convert to a pdf file. I am receiving an error stating Prodcut name: distiller Warning: Script-cannot be embedded beacuse of font file error. Error: undefined; offending...

You probably have Adobe reader which will allow you to read an Adobe document but not write a pdf file. For that you have to buy Adobe Acrobat. There are, however, free packages that will convert a file into pdf format. Try googling for "convert a file into pdf" or something similar.

Warning File Format Error

It seems that your trying to play a video that the media player does not support. The video works on your computer because the computer supports many more video file formats that the media player does. Make sure that the video your trying to play has a .mp4 file extension after the file name, meaning that it is a mp4 file. Try another known working mp4 video file.

Can't place camera image file into another document

Nikon digital cameras record images in the "EXIF" (Exchangeable Image File Format) file type. Even though the file name (when shooting compressed files) ends in ".jpg" it is not a regular JPEG image. This format includes not only the JPEG picture data but also the shooting information (f/stop, shutter speed, lens, etc.) and other text-based data. Writing this type of information is part of the global "DCF" standard for images from digital cameras. Some applications do not properly read this data and will display various errors and warning when opening these files. The only way to use an image in one of these programs is to open it in an image-editing program and save the file to a new file name. This changes the file from an EXIF image and saves it into whatever format is chosen, stripping out all of the extra data. Contact the developer of the program which does not properly open EXIF files for possible updates.
