I do not know this set but try new batteries in the remote control. Try different sources of the picture, ie. from the scart input, or AV input or internel TV tuner. If all the pictures from the different sources are streched then one or more components in the frame or line timebases is faulty.

There is a problem in the Vertical sweep circuit. it could be a bad capacitor, a resistor that changed value or the vertical output IC.. These sets have no user replaceable parts inside of them as all the parts are soldered into place. If your not good with solid state brepairs, you will need to find a servicer to assist you with this repair. Good luck PS please do not forget to rate this.

I have the same problem. It started after we got the nintendo wii and one of the settings was an option for the picture to either be full or widescreen. I picked widescreen for game play and that is when I noticed that there were things that were getting cut out of the picture on the top and bottom and both sides of the screen. I've tried everything I could think of and nothing has worked. On top of that, I can't find the manual. Somebody help me please!
Exactly the same thing has happened to me with a nintendo Wii.
I still haven't sorted it out. Please Help before the tv goes out of the window.
The picture is stretched and I seem to have lost a small portion of the bottom of the screen. One day it was fine and the next day I had this problem. Text at the bottom or top of the screen is cut. I did not change anything I thought maybe I hit something accidently on the remote, but I have no clue what caused this problem.
I went through the manual and did everything associated with changing the picture. Resetting did not set the picture back to original mfg settings.
Did anyone figure this out any help would be greatly appreciated.
