How to change from metric back to inches

I was making copies when a page got jammed and I managed to get it out. When I continued making copies I started getting the Code H2 which means the machine has changed from inches to metric. Help me reset the machine back to its original stetting.

H-2 errors are displayed when trying to change paper size in the U-7 function area. Also, the setting shows only two paper sizes instead of three.SolutionCAUSE: The machine is set to the wrong marketing area.
SOLUTION: Set the machine to the proper marketing area. USA=MC

THE INK MAY NOT BE TOTAL DRY WHEN MAKING BACK TO BACK COPIES, SOMETIME YOU NEED TO LET THE PAPER TONER DRY, LET THE PAPER COOL OFF BEFORE PUTING IT THREW THE MACHINE AGAIN, AND I KNOW ITS A PAIN IN THE BACK SIDE.

SOURCE: single copy out of double original w/o using paper feeder

Does your machine have double siding capabilities?
If so on the control panel under original / copy. select 1:2, this will give you a double sided copy from a pair of single originals even off the glass.

Mite have a broken gear in the fusing section (Hot Part) unplug machine and open **** shell and look to the left (if standing in front of machine) the left side rear is the fusing drive section check all gears also remove image unit and check gears

Ensure the proper media system is being used metric versa inch, did you by OEM or third party? Buy OEM

Error light flashes screen reads caution machine trouble than change to service call 101 h
Scanner motor malfunction, check the scanner lock switch, normal use when moving the machine so scanner does not break, or you have a bad scanner, which is located under the big glass with the very bright light that comes on when you scan or make a copy..

As for the paper check to ensure you have the correct media selected not metric but inch, check your driver setting also inch not mretric no A3 or A4 that metric

How to convert from feet and inches to metric?
Click the screen to access main menu this should bring up the ability to click change preferences and then in that menu you should be able to scroll through and find the option to change from feet and inches to metric.

Xerox copycentre c20 paper jam in 2 how do i get it out please
Unplug the machine, open the right door. Get a phillips screwdriver.
Look on the upper portion of the paper path, you will see an assembly with yellow waning stickers that say HOT. There are 4 silver screws on that fuser assembly. Remove those screws, and unplug the white connector. Pull back toward yourself to remove the fuser.
Lay it down and remove 2 silver phillips screws , it will open up and you can remove the paper. Make sure the machine has been off for a half an hour or so, It is hot. Take a good look at the black aluminum coated roller on top. See if it looks smooth and clean, If it has a lot of toner built up on it, you will have to repalce the fuser or it will continue to jam and give you ghost ( light reprinted) images up and down your page.
Also the M20 does not handle large black ares on a page such as a picture or magasing cover being copied. Largs solid areas tend to stick to that heat roller. If you do copy a photo, try and allow about 2 inches on the top of white. Just move your original down on the glass about 2 inches from the edge. 2 inches to tie right of the edge of the glass.
