We have an AG Neovo E-19A that will show the input signal for about a half a second, and then go black for the rest of the time. The power LED remains green the whole time. The power supply puts out 12.26 volts. We were using this display with Apple computers and we are currently testing it with an Extron VTG 300 Video Test Generator set to color bars at 1280x1024 @60.
Can anyone save this from the trash bin?
Same problem as above except with the Neovo E-19. The light is still green and the screen is active. (If you move the mouse over an active area, and click, the computer responds... you just can't see it. To the computer the monitor seem fine.
The Starman Cables have been changed and monitor was hooked up to second computer with the same results. Same problem as above except with the Neovo E-19. nothing you can reset from monitor other than color brightness. You can contact with AG Neovo as [email protected] to have a RMA number and they will estimate you the repair fee if it is out of warranty.
Try looking at the back of the TV and ensuring that the incoming cable is in the correct input. If you have audio and video cables make sure they are placed in the same input. What type of cable do you have directv or comcast?
Try ordering a new power adapter from Neovo. Call them up. It could't hurt. Apparently adapters are tricky items. I have no idea how much they cost, but if its reasonable it would be a fair tade for the nuisance you are dealing with now.

Call the service dept. in the above post. Tell them the model and serial number of your monitor and order a backlight inverter board(approx. $35 plus shipping). Open up the monitor and plug it in, should fix the problem. This problem could also be caused by one or more backlights(small flourescent tubes) being bad. I just fixed a Neovo F-417 display by replacing one of the backlight assemblys. I also just fixed a Neovo E-17DA monitor by replacing the inverter board.
