If its from the steam spout then the pins in the steam valve need to be replaced. If its from the coffee spout then the pins in the white plastic valve need to be replaced.
oily coffee residue on the grinder prevent the bean from going down be carefull push coffee down in the grinder with anything except our finger by forcing coffee down will making expresso it should grind if it does remove the coffee cointainer little star screw driver after removing the container inside the grinder where the coffee go down you gonna see a steel piece the coffee goes down the slot remove the old coffee residue on that part clean it good with a tooth brusch or somrthing like that put back without old coffee stuck on the grinder you gonna see the coffee gonna go down in the feeder cheers and if it help you dont forget to rate this cheers
try priming the machine ( find the plastic gizmo that came with the machine for this purprose..can you get water from the steam nozzle?..there is an internal water filter that may become clogged if you aren't keeping the water tank clean.
