This guide suggests the following for clearing out the memory" Print or delete documents in memory and ask the other party to send the fax again. Refer to the following to delete transmission jobs reserved in memory. 05SH01024_EN_01 How to Cancel Reserved Jobs 1. Press [Add. Mode] twice. 2. Use [Up/Down] to select [6 CANCEL RESERV.?], then press [Set] ([OK]). 3. Use [Up/Down] to select the job you want to cancel, then press [Set] ([OK]). [MEMORY]: Documents in memory [TIMER]: Timer sending [B-CAST]: Broadcasting [POLL-TX]: Polling sending [POLL-RX]: Polling receiving [RELAY]: Relay initiation Press [Right] to view the job. 4. Press [Set] ([OK]) to confirm canceling the job.
Okay, I had the same problem,just figured it out,the Memory/In use button was on even though i had no faxes in memory.
This is what I did. Opened the lid to replace the cartridges, when the cartidges slid over and became visible, I pressed the ones that were flashing to temporarily release them , then pressed them back down again.
your illuminated in use/memory light will switch off.

Same problem
LCD Screen shows Memory Full / RX Cancel - we don't want to delete the incoming faxes but it won't let us print them either because it's full. Is there an option? If we do have to Delete, please let us know how, can't seem to find that in the books..
