According to Casio, in the time keeping mode hold the E until each of the following steps occur. hold SET appears in digital display>HT flashes. Second hand points to the current home city code. Set 2: Use A to select the city code you want to select as your home city. Each press of A moves the second hand clockwise. keep pressing A until it lands on the city code you need. Select your home city code before changing any other setting. Step 3: Press D to cycle through the available settings on the digital display. When the time keeping setting you want to change is displayed, you A ad or C to change it. Step 5: Press E to exit the screen, the hands of the watch will move to the time you set. You can align the analogue time with the digital time by pressing the mode button until you reach the hand setting position (HS) and then press one of the right hand buttons to change the hand position.

Set in correct order:
1) Hand Home Position
2) Digital Time Set
1) Hand Home Position:
Press and hold A and B for 5 seconds, Press A to move Second Hand to 12: position: (if not there). Press B to enter Hour/Min set mode. Press A to move both hands to 12: position. Hold A to move hands fast, Press A again to stop hands. All 3 hands are now at 12' oclock.
Press B to exit Hand Home Position mode and enter Timekeeping Mode.
2) Digital Time Set: (hands will self set when done)
Press and hold B for 5 seconds to enter setting mode.
Press A to advance current item or scroll through choices. Press B to set item and advance to next item.
<Order of Items to Set>
GMT Differential -> Daylight Savings auto/on/off -> Seconds -> Hour -> Minutes -> Year -> Month -> Day -> Day of week language -> Auto receive -> (back to Timekeeping Mode).
<Setting each Item>
GMT Differential: Press A untill your time zone is reached (E=eastern, C=central, M=mountain, P=pacific). Press B to set (advances to next item).
Daylight Savings: Press A untill desired DST mode is reached: ("At" auto, "On" after spring change, "Of" after fall change) Press B to set (advances to next item).
Repeat to set: Seconds (resets to :00), Hour, Minutes, Year, Month, Day, Day of Week Language, and Auto Receive (on/off).
For each item, Press A to advance, and B to set.
Pressing B to set last item exits Setting Mode and enters Timekeeping Mode. Hands advance to current time.
You need to manually adjust or set the hands to the home position as they are not where the watch thinks they should be. This can happen when you bring your watch close to a strong magnetic field. Look in the manual to do this. Afterwards your watch should set to the correct time.

Select home city first (if equiped):
Press C until regular timekeeping mode is reached. Hold A until seconds flash. Press C to get to city code. Use B and D to move city east or west to your home city. Press A to set and exit.
Set time, Date, etc:
Hold A until second flash. Press C until item to adjust is flashing. Press B or D to adjust. Press C to go to next item. Press B or D to adjust. Press A when done adjusting all items to exit.
Adjust hands (if equiped):
Press C until H-Set is reached. Hold A until time flashes. Press D to advance minute hand. Press B while holding D to set faster and continuously. Press D to stop hands when correct analog time is reached. Press A to exit H-Set mode. Press C to go back to timekeeping mode.
In Timekeeping mode B is illumination and D is time/day/date display advance.
Looking at your watch face: the upper left button is A, upper right is B, lower left is C and lower right is D.
Get your watch into "Hand Setting mode" That is the mode witht he digital time and seconds above it.
From Day and Date window it would mean pushing button "C" six times to get to that mode.
Once in "Hand Setting Mode"
Hold down button "A" til time blinks, then press button "D" to advance the hands, to the desired time.
