Whenever I try to launch my ENLTV utility, (the included program on the CD) it gives me a "Failed To Initialize Hardware" error message. I have installed and reinstalled the software several times, and it still refueses to work. I have reseated the card as well inside my computer, and it continues to give me a problem. The card I have is a "ENLTV-FM Tuner" I bought it from Newegg some time ago, and the card has worked in the past, but it refuses to work now. I need help trying to get this thing to work! Please Help!
OK I think your problem may be that you need to install/reinstall the drivers.
Does it show up in Device Manager? If so, Uninstall it, reboot and then reinstall the drivers when, if? XP detects it and asks for drivers.
Hopefully this will sort it. If not, then maybe ya card is faulty.

I have found a solution to the problem, as far as the ENLTV-tuner goes on a windows XP Pro.
Uninstall all drives for the device, using the device manager.
Right-click My Computer > Properties > Hardware tab > Device Manager.
The device should be listed as "Multimedia controller" or similar.
Right click and uninstall the drives, and restart computer if neccessary.
Now, scan computer for hardware changes. Windows should detect a new Multimedia controller. DO NOT use the included CD drives. Instead, use the "generic" windows drivers by saying 'automatically search for drives on this computer.' Be sure to remove the CD from your CD Tray.
Windows should find the required drivers, and install them, You can now install the ENLTV utility (basically, the TV program). This should work.
I have twice now had the "Failed to initilize hardware" problem after reinstalling windows on my computer. This solution worked both times.
