Re:
I am sorry,in my other response I had this tv mixed with a rear projection tv,the response still applies because one of the transistor in the standing metal plates being held by escrew is the green output transistor and I can see it has 3 of them(one for each color)Look up the number on its face and replace it with an exact replacement or replace all 3 at the same time,it will not cost much.Let Us know how it goes.

after 4 or 5 yrs ( depending on usage ) in some TVs on mainboard & crt tube's circuit board at few soldering joints cracks develops ...... then due to loose connection TV behaves as you said ..... so solution is most of the soldering joints on mainboard & crt tube's circuit board should be resoldered carefully ....that'all your TV will again works normally ......100% GUARANTEE
CHECK C2C52 10 UFD @ 50 V OFF THE BASE OF Q2C51 ON THE SIGNAL PCB. 2. CHECK C2P05 100 UFD 16 V OFF PIN 3 OF IC2P01 (9-VOLT REGULATOR) ON THE SIGNAL PCB.
Excellent pictures of the crt board I can actually see the transistor ans is mounted in a piece of metal with a screw holding it,is just to the right and he should be the only one of this kind in the board, this transistor is soldered in and it needs to be replaced with same,in its face it has some number ,the part can be ordered or cross to a replacement with those numbers.Make sure all the conections on the board are solid.Let us Know how it goes.
Those are magnets and not outputs ,the outputs you might be looking for are in the crt board and is an actual transistor,do not move the magnets and try to realign to the way they were, the crt board is at the end of the neck of the tube and it can be remove very carefully,do not twist this board or the picture tube might break and then we are in trouble.Take a picture of the board it should be about a 4"x4" in size.Make sure the set is not plug in when you work around this parts.Lets Us know when you need more information.
