Im trying to get my ls2208 scanner to read comic book barcodes its 13 plus the 5 digit extension can i get some help with this. im running windows vista 64bit not sure if that matters or not.

Just take a Print out this PDF file and Scan the Barcode
1st u need to scan the enable Interface Barcode then Scan Any barcode Length

Ls2208 Barcode Scanner program for .NET

here is the Barcode Scanner Program right now, it seems like being able to scan barcode with Symbol Ls2208 handheld device.

if it is not workiing, go to this barcode website to find more compatible software for Ls2208, i am sure you will find the proper one.

Hi, to make the scanner automatically hit enter print and scan the barcodes Scan Options, Data Suffix, and Enter from Adobe pages 222 and 223 of 342 of the LS2208 Product Reference Guide.

Does not go to the next line after scanning

you need to make a suffix so it presses enter or adf rule so that it can press the tab key if you need help let me know

I need three characters in suffix on LS2208

so you need it to be 0AH + 03H + 03H/BARCODE/PRESS ENTER definetly try adf rules

You have to change it to IBM handheld mode and install opos drivers from symbol. then use pos.net to connect to them.
Some computers requires to create some config files to connect through hardware address. It took me like 6 month to figure out but now it works

Please help,you can understand my problem since 20 i was struggling to work on vb.net.
Please guide how i can change the setting to make it as IBM handheld.
