The laser is saying that the toner is not installed. Does anyone have a 'fix' for this problem? Is there a switch or contact that needs cleaning? Any help much appreciated.
There is a Radio type sensor in the cart. First thing to try is a different cart. If the problem persists you will need check the operation of the receiver end. I think your machine is the rebadges Epson AcuLaser C1900 so getting a service manual for that machine may be of use.
