I am a distributor of Riso, and have recieved several requests for this. I belive it is regarding W91GDW108001.

These parts are obsolete, with no replacement.

Try to power on the computer with no battery inside.

If still no luck, then the AC adapter must be tested by reading voltages on the connector, no matter if light is on. This is done using a multimeter.

If the AC adapter is fine, and the laptop has no power at all , then it is usually a broken solder contact on AC socket on laptop.

All this can be tested at any local repair shop.
