Still nothin'! Thank you so much for trying to help me. I know you must be a littletired of me. I may just be a long lost cause. This is what is going on.I have downloaded the driver. The driver shows up on my desktop.The battery and memory card are in the camera. I turn the camera on andinsert the usb cord, nothing. The camera is set up exactly like how thebook says. The VistaQuest picture comes on and stays in and so does thegreenlight. Once this comes on the camera's screen, you can hit any buttonyou want and the VQ picture will not leave the screen. I have gone toMy Computer and I don't see anything stating memory card. I have all ofthese pictures on my camera and I can't get them off. When I plug thecord to the camera, I don't get the plug-in pop up from Windows either.Should I just take the camera to the local Rite Aid and have the,remove the pictures?

When I try to open the XQ driver that is on my desktop, it it starts to open up, but then is stops and says that there is some type of error and terminates. the error message is Incompatible version of the RPC stub....yeah. I put brand new batteries in it and turned the camera on but there's no image on the screen even though the light to say the camera is on is working, the camera won't take pictures or go to the menu or anything. It won't even shut off, you have to take the batteries out to get it to turn off.
It has not been dropped, or gotten wet and I never leave batteries in it for extended period of time. I can take pictures off that were already on the camera. How do I fix this.
