Hamish, F02 is long drain. Check that the drain hose is not kinked or plugged. Check the drain pump filter for lint and debris. Check the electrical connections at the pump and the fact the the pump is running. Make sure you are using HE detergent and that you are not over sudsing. Check the drain itself is not backing up. If all of the above are good, replace the pump...Catriver..post back.

Dear questioner after going through couple of posts on dell support forum I found that this problem occurs if your hard drive is not functioning well
If you laptop has warranty please visit the nearest dell store
2000-0142 and 2000-0146 are hard drive SMART errors, indicating the HDD will fail.
To boot message about the AC adapter was a BIOS level message that normally appears when a Auto/air ac adapter or other 65 watt ac adapter is used to power the system.
I am assuming that this is a problem on a dell computer? If so that error message is an indicator that your hard drive is probably going bad and you need to back up you data and get a new one ASAP. I believe that laptop takes 2.5" 9.5 mm sata laptop drives

Check what the error message is? Normally this problem comes if the printer is installed and either has not been calibrated or has one or more driver files corrupted.Try to tighten all the wires again. Than uninstall and reinstall. And try to use any disk cleanup utility before reinstalling because some times it can have previous corrupted files in the disk. you can use windows disk cleanup utility.
