for a diagram I would go to dewaltservicenet.com and download it. As far as instructions I am not aware of any. Most tool mfr's don't post detailed instructions for the disassembly so they can keep the repairs in house with their technicians. If you give me specific concerns or questions I will try and help. I would recommend taking photos while you are taking apart. Also if you give me the specific reason for wanting to disassemble again I will try and help.

The clipper suddenly cut off how do i get power to the andis or do i needa new set. This set is only a year old. does anyone know where i can get instructions.
Chances are that the problem wasn't the clippers at all. Since they were on initially, maybe you tripped a circuit in the breaker box? If that wasn't it, you may have damaged your cord. I see a lot of people pulling by the cord to unplug...BAD decision. Check for frays near the end that houses the prongs, and if not there, open them up and check from in between where the hanging loop is up to near where it connects to the motor. I still have every set of andis trimmers and clippers I have ever owned.

If your afraid to open them up, go to andis.com, then click your country, then hover over professional and scroll down to trimmers. Select the outliner II, and when the next window opens, at the bottom there is a specs link. Click that and you should find a diagram of what your looking for when you open up the housing.
