After coming of this error, my net automatically disconnected and if i want to reconnect then i have to restart the pc. This error comes during the internet surfing and comes in after 1 or 2 mintues. I have this same problem, or did have, and I saw several references to it being caused by HP drivers. While this may or may not be the case, what I looked at was any new hardware or removable media that was connected via USB port. I was getting this problem after using a Attache 2 G.B USB Flash Drive, via USB port. When it is not connected I have no problems at all. Also, you might note, that the USB port I was using, was not a high speed USB port, so that may be helpful to you as well. So check out your USB ports and all components connected and elimanate 1 at a time until you find the culprit. Then youll have an idea on where to start your search for updated drivers.

What do you mean by a 'patch'?
My Pc also gives me the following errors:
Windows cannot find c:windows\system32\drivers\service.exe
and
Error 1719 Windows installer service could not be accessed.
Please help

it shows up and my pc doesn't work properly.
Same "Generic Host Process for Win32 Ser...." But if I ignore the message computer seems to keep running ok, but If I acknowledge it it frezzes qthing and I need to do a hard reboot. Any Ideas? any solutions? Plizzz don't tell me to go get Windows 7!!!
