What does D: 34FF 1E11 1E1A mean when it appears on the display screen? Also my lens doesn't retract anymore.
Same here, with my Camedia C-60 Zoom Apparently the motor has some problems. Did you take the camera to the beach? It must have caught sand or other kind of dirt in the lens mechanism. These digital cameras all have a fixed solution if they fail to work: they are meant to be thrown away. The people at Olympus also have mortgages going, don't they? Half a year ago it was already impossible to get parts for this camera, also, the memory sticks are not around any more, M-XD cards won't work with it, so, yeah, let's come to the Conclusion: this is intelligent (it can write out parts of machine code) landfill. Olympus C60, lens does not retract, battery is ok, monitor says E11A or something. What can I do? I am in the middle of a big trip.
