I took the side pannel of my pc and check the plug that goes to my sound card on the mother board and unpluged it and pluged it back in and it worked thk you

Hi there bud...Try make sure you have the drivers installed for your Sound Card or motherboard...These should of come with the Sound card or Motherboard on a disk...Just run setup and install...if thats that the case here...what i suggest is try it on any other Pc that you know speakers have worked on...and if it does the same , then it could be that the speakers are faulty.. All speaker cables go into the surround sound system, they should be colour coded, then phono cables into the TV or just the the normal green audio cable into the green audio hole on the computer
