Error 990 can be cuased by many things. Most of the time it is related to the Hard Drive. you could try replacing it.

Check the copy life of your drum maybeshe rich the copy life if you have a copy morethan 100000 then the problem 990 is apear then you have to change the drum unit

This is a software performance error; However it is most often caused by a deteriorating drum unit. There is no exact solution, but 9 times out of 10, a new drum unit, and fresh developer will solve it.
Outside of that, it is likely a board problem -possibly BICU

Hello sir; This error code is indicate video process error, may be can be reset, the procedure as follow;
press "clear mode", "107", then press and hold down "clear/stop" key for about 3 sec., until SP menu display, touch "copier sp" on screen, enter 581002 then press 1, then turn power off and back on. see what's happen. good luck !

What does troubleshooting code 326 of ricoh copier 1045 means?

Probably cleaning to the mirrors and glasses inside the laser the problem can be solved, but this is a complicated work if you are not technician I recommend to him that she asks for technical service. Also a bad connection of the flat cable can cause this problem. The detector of synchronism defective also since code SC326 is a fault of detection of synchronism.
