Normally dont carry to many ignitors, I will tell you this, if you do get one to replace it with be careful handling the new one as it is very fragile and most of the time they are not returnable. How do you know if it needs an igntor for sure ? What did you do to check it?

pull out the racks and remove the bottom floor of the oven, turn it on bake,if the ignitor doesn't glow most likely it's bad,if it does glow and it doesn't ignite within 40 to 60 seconds the ignitor is bad.even though it glows doesn't mean it's good,it works by amps.it takes 3.2 amps.for a flat ignitor to open the gas valve and 2.5 amps for a round ignitor to open the gas valve.
Most common problem is the glow bar ignitor. Lift off the bottom panel of the oven and remove. (Some have two screws holding the panel at the back of the panel.) Turn the oven on and see if the glow bar glows.
Even if the glow bar glows doesn't mean that it is working 100%. An amp probe is need to see if the glow bar is drawing the proper amperage to allow the gas valve to open allowing gas to come to the burner. The glow bar should draw about 3.5 to3.8 amps. If drawing more or less than this, replace the glow bar ignitor.
I hope this helps.
Your model JGBP28DED2WH uses spark ignition on the stove top burners, and a glow bar ignitor, part number WB2X9154 for the oven and broiler. To get to the bake ignitor if oven will not light: Take the racks out of the oven. Remove oven floor by removing two screws at back of oven floor and lifting floor. Remove the square metal flame spreader to get to the burner / ignitor assembly. (note: The ignitor may still glow when you try it, but usually is still the problem)
there is continuity, you can tell that by the glowing ignitor, althoug otslooks like its glowing red hot, it need to pull a certain amperage to open the valve.i would reccomned replacing the ignitor.with 99.99 percent certainty
I have XL44 oven JGBP26. I replaced the glow ignitore on the oven but still will not glow. I carfully tested the current to the ignitore and showed 125 volts, I also tested the resistance on the control valve lead and to ignitore and showed 1100.
