ok i had the same problem BUT i opened the mouse pen control panel and under info i unchecked the "support tablet PC feature" and to my amazement it worked. hope it works for you :)

there should be a button type deal on the side somewhere above the buttons. push that in and pull the two halves apart.

I also solved the problem by installing the driver from the website. The trick was to uninstall the old driver first.

Listen up kiddos! I had this same problem and I was troubleshooting....apparently you have to make sure you uninstall the old drivers first and delete the directory entirely, before reinstalling the software.
So, UNPLUG THE TABLET! This is the part that screwed me up... then go to start > all programs > tablet > uninstall. Run the wizard, restart, go to my computer > local disk drive > program files and delete the Genius Tablet folder. Then, install the drivers again, reboot, THEN and ONLY THEN, should you plug your tablet back in.

hi there... Good news.. problem solved.. i was facing the same problem like thousands of others. not able to install the tablet f610 on to my macbook pro.
the solution turned out to be simple....
i went to the genius site.. go to products... tablets.. and under there somwhere u will find dowloads link... just download the driver that you need.. ..
it will work.
