when you get a base system device in the other devices category in device manager it usually means that either the chipset drive has not been installed or a lot of the time it's the sd card reader driver.
Drivernya dah di Install belum gan ? kabel Koneksi dari Handycam ke PC pastikan dalam kondisi bagus/ga patah didalam kabel. biasanya kalo kondisi kabel bagus, bakalan keluar keterangan Found new Hardware > Unknow Device. atau pastikan aja dari Computer Management > Device Manager. (Click Kanan my Computer > pilih MANAGE). Kalo ada Tanda Tanya Kuning berarti Kabel Kondisi bagus. Trus kalo Driver belum di install, ente bisa download dari : 5 Driver Finder (Online) : 1. http://www.all-driver.com - Search for all aviable Driver 2. http://devid.info - Search Driver From Hardware ID (you can See Hardware ID from : Computer Management > Device Manager > Propeties hardware you've Need the driver > Details
3. http://www.driverguide.com - Search Driver by Model Name or number
4. http://www.driverstock.com - Search Driver by type and the producer
5. http://www.nodevice.com -Seacrh driver from Categories or Companies
Base System Device drivers are usually installed by what the manufacturer calls "Chipset" drivers. If you are running Windows XP, there is an Intel Chipset driver available at the Lenovo Support Page for your model. If you are running an Operating System other than Windows XP, I would go to the above page and compare the drivers listed there with what you are seeing in Device Manager. Install the ones that are missing. Hope this helps!
