I cant move my videos from to my phone onto my memory card. I can move pics & sounds but when I try to move videos it says "unable to move"
I have a Motorola SLVR if that helps.
Any help would be useful.

This is going to be due to your internal memory being full if this is an android phone. go to settings then applications then manage applications and then look and see if your bar at the bottom is full or close to full. If its full try to move some stuff to the sd-card by clicking that tab. If you cant move any to the sd card try clicking the "all" tab and sorting by size if there's one that taking up a lot of memory either clear the data or simply delete it. hope this helps.
If your phone has a memory card, trasfer them onto the card and use a card reader to transfer them onto your pc.
Did you not get a data cable with your phone?
You have to have a memory card in the phone, so that your computer can recognize the phone. You will also have to move any pics & vids to the card first, so that you can then move them to your computer.
Go to media center, picture/video, my pictures, options, manage my pics, then check mark the pics you want to save to the card, then hit options again from the lower right screen and hit option #2 (move) then hit #1. to card. also works the same if you change phones and want to put pics in memory card on new phone.
go to settings and configure it to use as a mass storage. Connect to the PC. It will be shown as an aditional FAT4 drive. Use it as a normal Windows forler and copy to and fro this drive. All phones have this feature of showing their memory card as mass storage. BUT, before you do that transfer all your data to the memory card.
i had the same problem but this is what u do, take a picture and save it, then move it to ur memory card. then hook up ur memory card to ur computer, and look thru the folders and find out where that pic u moved onto the memory card earlier is, and save ur pics there and u should be set =]
Are you trying to go from internal memory to memory card that is installed in phone? If so, you should be able to get into your photos and go to edit mode. There should be an option in that area to "Move" pic. This will move pic to installed memory card.
To be able to do this you have to plug it back in then go to My computer. It should come up under removable storage. After that copy the files and paste them on your computer. Once you double click the picture you can see them.
If you've got a memory card in your phone, you can set the phone to show up as a usb drive..
probably like this:
settings> connection> usb> default> memory card
then plug the phone in and it should show up as a drive.
if you've saved your pics to the phone memory instead of the memory card, you'll need to move them to the card, select each pic in the normal viewer, and press menu> move> memory card.
If you don't have a memory card, and don't want to get one, then pick up a copy of the motorola phone tools software, this will allow you to move pics on and off the phone, as well as put music on it, create ring tones, and back up your phone directory.
If you have a memory card in the phone, you need to move all files to that... then you will be able to download things through bluetooth and move them also to the memory card.
