Re: picture zooms in and out
Your set might have a regulation problem, what that means is all the voltages are going up and down and not esteady, the 130 volts source can go as high as 150 and as low as 110 volts DC and this is only one of all the sources, this can happen when you have a loose conection in the primary side of the switch mode power supply or a feedback problem witch keeps the power supply regulated and steady,If you are familiar with tv service this will give you a place to start but if you are not too familiar be safe and call for assistance from a servicer.

hi this as a problem with your convergence ic they will need replacing this is a common fault with these types of tv nearly every problem on this site is the same as yours eventually your telly will stop working all together but if this happens you will then need to replace some resistors as well as these tend to go with the convergence ics so this will also need to be checked if you are unable to do this repair yourself then the cheapest way is to take the telly to repair shop yourself as calling someone out will charge call out and will also charge for transporting witch can ad 75 pound onto the price of repair. It is very common problem so the repair shop should have no problem sourcing parts for you best thing to do is shop around and get the best price you can tell them what the problem is and this will stop them charging for finding the fault just say someone looked at it for you and told you what needed repairing as sometimes they will try confusing you with unecasarry repairs let me know if you can do the repair yourself but only if you have correct equipment to test all parts needed hope this is some help to you
